These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Ross Junk Removal website and to the junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and commercial junk removal services we provide. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide junk removal and related services in Salem, Oregon and the surrounding areas. The scope of any job is what we agree on with you before we begin.

Estimates and pricing

Any price we provide before seeing the job in person is an estimate. Final pricing is based on the actual volume, weight, and type of items and is confirmed with you before we start the work. Certain items may carry additional facility disposal fees, which we will disclose upfront. You are not obligated to proceed until you have approved the price.

Scheduling and cancellations

We will do our best to arrive within the agreed window, but times may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs running long. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the items to be removed, or that you are authorized to have them removed and disposed of.
• You will provide safe and reasonable access to the items.
• You will let us know in advance about anything heavy, hazardous, or unusual so we can plan for it.

Items we cannot accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, solvents, fuels, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste. We reserve the right to decline any item we determine to be unsafe or unlawful to handle.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, checks, and cryptocurrency.

Liability

We take care to protect your property while we work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
